Free chlorine sensor
SYCLOPE offers a wide range of free chlorine probes for measurement in swimming pool water or water of similar quality.
Standard free chlorine sensors CAA2505 – CAA2506
The amperometric measuring probes type CAA2505 and CAA2506 are used to measure free organically bound chlorine, i.e. chlorine combined with isocyanuric acid, in swimming pool water or water of similar quality.
Measurement of free chlorine special combined chlorine CAA2305 – CAA2306
These amperometric sensors are used to measure free organically bound chlorine. This is chlorine combined with isocyanuric acid in swimming pool water or similar water. These sensors are equipped with a gold head electrode.
The advantages of the free chlorine sensor:
- Precise continuous analysis
- Amperometric probe
- These free chlorine sensors are insensitive to other water parameters (flow rate, pH, temperature, etc.).

Active chlorine sensor
In addition to the free chlorine range, SYCLOPE also offers a wide range of active chlorine probe for water treatment.
CAA2527, CAA2507 Standard Active Chlorine Sensors
The standard amperometric measuring probes allow the measurement of active chlorine, i.e. hypochlorous acid in drinking water, swimming pool water (without chlorine stabilizer), sea water or water of similar quality.
Special active chlorine measurement for domestic hot water CAA2563, CAA2569
These amperometric sensors are used to measure the hypochlorous acid present in hot water systems and are specially adapted for measurements under pressure (up to 8 bars). These probes are generally used for monitoring chlorination against legionella.
Active chlorine sensors for process water CAA2557, CAA2545
These active chlorine sensors are especially used for the analysis of process water (without surfactants). These sensors can measure a high content of up to 200 mg/l of chlorine.
Special active chlorine sensors for polluted water CAA2542
These probes are used to measure active chlorine in polluted water or for water containing surfactants or surfactants. These sensors are equipped with a special silicone membrane.
The advantages of active chlorine probes:
- Precise continuous analysis
- Amperometric probe
- Wide range according to applications
