Sales technician (CDI) - France South-East area

SYCLOPE, French manufacturer of water treatment equipment for public, collective and private swimming pools… is looking for a technical sales representative for the France South-East region.

Departments to be covered: 74, 73, 38, 26, 05, 84, 04, 06, 83, 13, 07, 30, 43, 48, 34, 15, 12, 81, Corsica.

Missions

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work in the water treatment market (public, collective and private swimming pools) and will mainly carry out the following tasks:
  • Maintain and develop the customer portfolio in the area
  • Develop sales and order intake
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations
  • Perform first-order technical troubleshooting
  • Produce technical sales proposals
  • Follow up quotations / orders / payments
  • Work closely with the sales and technical departments
This description covers the main areas of responsibility, but is not exhaustive. Sales and technical training will be provided before you take up your position in the sector. The company’s head office is based in Pau (64).

Profile

  • With a commercial and/or technical background, you have notions of water treatment and physical chemistry.
  • You have successful experience in B-to-B sales and/or water treatment.
  • In this position, method, rigor, enthusiasm, autonomy, conscientiousness, tenacity and interpersonal skills will be your main assets to ensure your success with us.
  • Ideally, you will be based in one of the departments in the sector to be filled.
  • Regular travel required

Onboard Software Engineer M/F on permanent contract

Position available as soon as possible

SYCLOPE, a French manufacturer of water treatment equipment for public, collective and private swimming pools, is looking to strengthen its R&D team with an on-board software engineer.

Position based at Sauvagnon (64), France.

Missions

Reporting to the R&D manager, you will work on the software part of projects and will mainly carry out the following tasks:
  • Participate in defining specifications
  • Help set up the software architecture
  • Develop software bricks or complete embedded products
  • Develop the porting of applications to Windows
  • Participate in the development of graphic interfaces
  • Perform unit tests on modules and take care of debugging
  • Maintain delivered code

Skills required

  • Proficiency in C-based software development is essential
  • Proficiency in portable development
  • Mastery of programming with real-time OS
  • Knowledge of ARM microcontrollers
  • Knowledge of graphic interface development

Plus

  • Knowledge of IAR development environment
  • Knowledge Visual studio development environment
